Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 19, 2024

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cricvo Limited (“Cricvo”, “we”, “us”) website and services, including shared hosting and domain registration (“Services”). By ordering or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are / What we sell

We provide shared web hosting and domain registration. Services are delivered digitally. Cricvo Limited is the merchant of record for purchases made through our website and client portal.

Account setup & eligibility

  • You must provide accurate contact and billing information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • We may request verification to reduce fraud or abuse.

Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the AUP or applicable law.

Payments & renewals

  • Services are billed in advance for the selected term.
  • Where applicable, services may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Prices and fees may change; changes apply to future terms, not already-paid terms.

Domain registrations

  • Domains are subject to registry rules and availability.
  • Once a domain is registered, it is generally non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
  • Premium domains may have higher purchase and/or renewal fees defined by the registry.

Backups & data responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may offer backup features, no backup system is guaranteed. Cricvo is not liable for data loss resulting from customer actions, third-party software, or circumstances outside our control.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, and outages may occur. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, business interruption) resulting from outages or delays.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or policy violations. You may cancel services at any time through the client portal.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cricvo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the period in which the issue occurred.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page.
