Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Cricvo Limited may issue refunds for hosting and domain-related purchases. Services are delivered digitally and often provisioned immediately after payment.

Shared hosting refunds

  • Initial purchases: If you are a first-time customer, you may request a refund for shared hosting within 30 days of purchase.
  • Renewals: Renewals are generally non-refundable once processed, but contact support and we will review case-by-case.
  • Proration: After 30 days, refunds (if any) are at Cricvo’s discretion and may be prorated for unused time.

Non-refundable items

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers (registries typically do not refund these fees).

No refunds for abuse or policy violations

Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, spam, illegal activity, or Acceptable Use Policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

How to request a refund

Contact support@cricvo.co.uk with your invoice number and the service name. If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible.
